Our Founder and CEO, Eric Amyot, launched this very mission for himself in 2019. This led to the realization that surrounding himself with a community of like-minded individuals on the same path of self-improvement would help him achieve his own goals. Agoge Fitness was born from this mission.

Humans Thrive Outside

 Agoge Fitness members spend as much time outside as possible. Sure, we have a clean gym to gather at. But we'd much rather exercise under the sun, in the forest, in the rain and with grass and soil beneath our feet. Being outdoors grounds us and sets us free.
